Research area
I am a dedicated researcher specializing in ecological and conservation genetics. My work focuses on two main projects: [1] investigating inbreeding in wild plant and animal species to understand genetic diversity changes across space and time, and [2] studying the adaptation of the pioneer plant species Silene acaulis in Svalbard in the context of Arctic Greening and intense climate warming. Through my research, I aim to contribute to our understanding of biodiversity, species resilience, and ecological adaptation in the face of global environmental changes.
